After Market Exhaust

Hi, im wondering if you guys can help me out, im looking for an aftermarket exhaust system that is dual and has a good sound to it. Don't know a whole lot on the topic and looking for your opinions for what i should look into getting.

Magnaflow. Ive run them on my trucks and I love them. I have a Flowmaster on my truck now (it came on it when I bought it) and I dont care for the sound. The Magnaflows are very deep and mellow, without having too much drone. I like them, but its ultimately up to your ears.

 

Talk to your local muffler shop for particulars.

I went with the Corsa. Love the sound and no drone many styles to fit your needs. Its a not real cheap but my thoughts are -You get what you pay for-

stupid question. how do i find out what exhaust was put on my truck. I bought it used and do not konw what syastem is on it. thanks

some mufflers have there name on them and also on the tips. Or if your able to find any part numbers.

I know Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Gibson, and most other major brands put an embossed logo stamped on the muffler. If it doesnt have the name on it, theres really no telling what you have. Could be a Walker, Thrush, or any number of other brand names. Take it to a good muffler guy with years of experience. I found that most of the ones round me can narrow it down to about 3 different brands based on a few key features.
