Shaners Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 That is a great tire! It will do anything you ask of it and then reward you by lasting a long. long time!
Diesail Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 I just put a set on mine a week ago. These things are great, bettery mileage, MUCH better ride and had them out in the snow for the first time. They get better traction the snow than my factory tires did in the rain.
marine_devildog801 Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 My dad just put some on his '03. They ride/handle very good. Also get great mileage. I had a set of LTX MS's on my first truck (and second after I wrecked the first) that lasted @ 70000 miles. Also, after the wreck they had a slight gash all the way around them from where the front fender dug into the tire. Replaced the wheels from wrecked truck to new truck and the tires were still on there with decent tread when I traded it for my new Silvy.
AzDragonLord Posted January 28, 2011 Posted January 28, 2011 After reading reviews on this tire, they sound fantastic...but I wonder how they hold up in the Arizona heat?
Shaners Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 After reading reviews on this tire, they sound fantastic...but I wonder how they hold up in the Arizona heat? I don"t know why they wouldn't hold up any different to the Arizona heat than any other tire.
Diesail Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 After reading reviews on this tire, they sound fantastic...but I wonder how they hold up in the Arizona heat? And the have a 70k warranty so if they fail before 70k at least you are getting something back towards new ones.
Ryan00TJ Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 We run them on our 1/2-3/4 tons that make deliveries to local coal mines. They do the job very well in all adverse conditions and return great ride, handling and long treadlife. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for 99.9% of the time.
