Dash Glitch?

has any one had this happen to them?i got in my truck after work and the turn signal clicking was not audible and the head unit went dim and would not turn on for about 5mins. now everything is back to normal.

The turn signal "click" is artificial. I've seen a few times where the chime would come on (seatbelt warning) and the clicking would stop until the chime was finished. I don't know if it plays through the radio but I think the sounds comes from the front drivers door speaker.

 

If your radio had problems, that could the why the signal wasn't audible.

Ok! Sounds good.i still have the stock head unit and it re-sets to 12:00 after i start the truck about 3 times a month.thanks for your input.

No problem with the turn signal click but a couple months ago I did start my truck and realized the radio was not even on. The screen was totally out. I shut off the truck and restarted it and all has been fine since!
