Small Posting Problem

Any idea why apostrophes and quotations blow up in my post. If I use them they spit out a lot of junk numbers. ???

Okay, go to Start>Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Character Map

 

That gives you the 4 digit "code" for special characters.  What you are doing in word is more than likely a different font so that's why it's doing it in here.  If it works normally when you type in here I wouldn't worry about it.

I know what you mean, i use it to spell check before posts sometimes too...
