Stupid Dealership Oil Change Monkeys

Took my wife's Pontiac in for an oil change at the end of December.

Now the car has 140,000 miles on it and it uses about 1/2 quart every 4,000 miles, so I keep an eye on it.

I checked the oil a month after it was changed, and it is 1/2 quart over filled.

Boy that makes me mad.

I called them and they said the pump they use to fill the cars may need to be calibrated.

That's all fine and dandy, but don't they check the oil with the dipstick after they are done to make sure it is reading correctly?
