05 Denali Rear Cargo Door/window Problem (no Power)

hello there, new to the forum

 

ive googled this and it seems like i am not the only person with the issue but i cant seem to find a straight answer...

 

My 05 Denali's rear cargo door and window will not unlock or open. When using the electronic lock/unlock button i don't even hear the mechanism activate as i normally did in the past. It seems to be stuck in the lock position and does not get any power. It happened over night and it hasn't worked in about a week.

 

I checked the fuse (ECC FUSE) and every other fuse in both fuse boxes and they are all in good shape. From some other forums i read, it mentioned taking the panel off which i did. I believe the solenoid or what ever the locking mechanism is called is the problem.

 

I have included a photo of the piece i am talking about. Can someone tell me the name or maybe even the part number to this, so i can purchase it myself and not have to pay the dealer a ton of money... any info will help.

 

if it helps any the number on the piece is "25001736", i tried googling it but i didn't have much luck. The black plastic piece in the photo is what i believe needs to be replaced...
