Sub Woofer Placement

I have recently bought a 2011 GMC Sierra, Extended Cab, Nevada edition.

I want to put my 10" sub into my truck but I'm not sure where to put it?

any Ideas?

 

I have a front bench seat and i was thinking of removing the front middle seat and building myself a console/ sub box in between the driver and passenger seat.

I think the best place will be behind the front seats. Otherwise it will be much too loud to have it directly in your ears, what do you think?

I would say a box under the rear seat would be best but if you want a custom center console and like a little more bump then go for the center console/sub-box combo.
