I wouldn't do it for the fact that you can't turn your truck back to stock for warrenty. You have a 2010 with the 6 speed and the trans computer is in the trans. Only way to go back to stock is with a programmer like Autocal (which is for EFI live software). Says on their website they use HP tuners and not EFI Live.

If you have a 4 speed trans you can get en extra set of computers (ECM and TCM). I switch mine out before going to the dealer.

In an e-mail i asked him about warranty work and he said he keeps my stock tune saved on 3 hard drives so if i have to take it in for warranty work he said he can simply load the stock tune back in the truck and when im done reload the other tune.

But you have to go to him everytime you need it stock. I never risk my truck being at the dealer with a tune load on it. I got a oil leak fixed and I returned my truck to stock. They could easily write over your tune if they decide to update the ECM or they could drive your truck and notice its different than stock.

The biggest deal is if your transmission, motor, or rear end leaves you stranded with your truck tuned. Then its gets towed to the dealer and they find the tune. They will deny you warrenty even if the tune could never of caused you the break down. Your out $4000 on a motor then.
