Anyone Hear Of Or Use David Liles Products?

http://davidliles.com/index.html is the website for the the product. Not much is given on the site other than the usual stuff written by most of the additive companies. I put zero credence to the 23% fuel mileage gain since if it really worked that well it would be selling like hot cakes and everyone and anyone would know about the product. I usually just dump a bottle of STP in my tank once a month to clean it out as having the injectors cleaned by a mechanic costs an arm and a leg. Don't know if it really works but neighbor suggested doing that vs paying for injector cleaning. That plus on the last silverado I had the engine went right back to running the way it did before the injection cleaning within a thousand or so miles.

 

What I would like to know is if anyone has heard of David Liles and their products or used them with any good results? A co-worker works for them as his second job and can get me the stuff for $50 for a case which comes out to about the same price as what I pay for STP now. Figured can't hurt to try but still would like to see if anyone has any experience with this stuff.

no offense to you chevyguy but even using that STP every month is too much. But then again I'm one of those people that would change oil every 3000 miles, so I understand if it helps you sleep putting that stuff in.

no offense to you chevyguy but even using that STP every month is too much. But then again I'm one of those people that would change oil every 3000 miles, so I understand if it helps you sleep putting that stuff in.

 

 

IMO, if you buy quality name brand gas for your vehicle then you may never need to add injector cleaner to your fuel, but if you buy the really cheap noname gas that has minimal cleaning additives, then it may be wise to use injector cleaner at least twice a year at most to help remove any deposits. If I plan to use an additive like this, I add it to my last tank of gas before an oil change.

I hear there is lots of jarred fart dealers just over the border from you in any gas station in niagara falls. Just watch for the lines up to start at the border crossings.
