Tranny Or Transfer Case 2005 Sierra

was at stop sign on take off heard a snap than a loud ticking engine running fine just revs in gear and loud and wont go into park and its a ELECTRIC SHIFT MODEL but when i put it into 4 high no sounds and drives and goes into park but when i hit 2 wheel drive comes out of park and rolls and makes noise in gear and wont drive all fluids up no codes and tried disconneting bat no change
