Exhaust Question

I recently installed a Dynomax cat back system on my 08 sierra 1500 5.3 crew cab. The dynomax system did not come with a flex pipe like the factory set up, is this anything to be concerned about as far as vibrations doing any damage to the manifolds or headers or anything else on the engine??

I've got a similar DM system on my '09 GMC, and have had no problem with pipe vibration, even with AFM/DOD still active. Just make sure your bolts and clamps are still tight.

The exhaust still has rubber isolators supporting it so damage should be a non-issue. AFM sometimes causes a low frequency vibration in my truck with the exhaust at low RPMs but it isn't anything horrible.
