So did you figure out what was wrong ? Mine does this intermediately. It will blow hot on the drivers side and cold on passanger side. most times if you shut the truck off and restart it it will be ok again for a while. I have also noticed my blower motor will not work on high but does on every other speed. 2006 GMC 1500 work truck

ON MY 93 SOME TIMES THE A/C COPRESSOR TURNS ON WHEN I HAVE THE VENTS SET TO DEFROST WITH THE HEATER ON " GM GREMLINS"
