Here We Go Again, 285/70/17 And 17x8, +2 Offset. Leveling Kit

Hi everyone,

 

I know answering questions about wheel fitment on NNBS Silverados gets annoying, but i'm loking for a little help here.

 

I have a 07 NBS Silverado Z71 4x4 with stock 18" rims. I'm putting on a 2" RC leveling kit and want to know if this setup will fit without rubbing?

 

2" RC level kit

Eagle 140 wheels, 17x8, +2 offset, 4.6" backspace.

285/70/17 tires.

 

I know it will be a tight fit, but I've made some calls and I've been told several times that 285/70/17's will not rub as long as the backspacing is 4.5" or higher. Maybe will need a little plastic trimming at the most?

 

Any ideas?

with that offset it will rub

Thanks for the quick response! Will 275/70/17 tires rub with the setup I listed above?
