Interesting Start Up This Morning

My wife has a 2004 Tahoe 5.3, she called me this morning and asked did i do anything to the her Tahoe last night and i said no, reason she asked is because she is having alot of issues within the last 3 days regarding driverside blowing hot air in the mornings and cold air on the passenger side. Been reading alot up here regarding it and still ahvent located the correct part number for the lower blend door, anyways she turned the key on and noticed that her radio was reset, volt meter jumping back and forth, and all diferent lights flashing on the dash, i know they come and go our but she stated they were flashing, ok so she started it up and said the volt gauge read 9 volts, soooo she decided to driver to work and drop my kid off at school, she did mention that when she stopped at a intersection approx 3 miles from the house it almost cut off, RPM's dropped down to near 200 and came back up to normall, she also said a/c was working fine till she got to my kids school and then it started to blow heat on the driverside once again. Anyone heard of this happening to other Tahoe's

Yeah thats first on my agenda tonight when i get home,,i just realized i put this in the wrong section how can i move it to correct one, or does a mod. have to do it.
