Noise Comes Up While Steering (sierra 2010)

Hi

I have a 2010 BDS lifted 6.2L 1500 Sierra

ever since I installed the 6" lift, a noise comes up ( Driver side ) while turning - only at extremely low speeds.

If I had a trouble in an A/C on a lifted truck, should I write in the suspension section too ?!

ya it is and does ,

 

a/c is different ,

 

lifts and related BS go someplace else on the site,not here imo

 

sry i just hate lifted trucks...alot
