91 Chevy Heater Damper Problem

The air inlet damper motor on my truck clicks for about 30 seconds any time the ignition is turned on or off or when the recirculation switch is pushed on or off. This is the one located between the air inlet and blower motor. The motor opens and closes the damper fine, but clicks for the 30 seconds or so when it reaches the full open or full closed position. Is there an easy fix? It doesn't seem to hurt anything and seems to work fine, otherwise. It's just annoying.

  Locally prices are all over the place still. One side of town I see $2.99 for regular at multiple stations (been holding since late last week) then drive a few (1-2) miles south and its $3.49. Over by work on the other side of town it was $3.29 this morning.

  I have a 2024 6.6 gas 2500HD with the 10 speed at about 15,000 miles and have not experienced or heard of what you are experiencing. I did have some hard shift jolts leaving stop signs and my dealer updated the valve body which eliminated the problem.

  Sounds like the alignment isn't right. And or they messed up something on the box doing the pitman arm? Can you post a picture of the alignment printout showing the before and after?
