Wipers Working Intermittently

The wipers on my '01 Suburban recently stopped working, right at mid-windshield. I replaced the fuse, though it didn't seem bad. About three weeks later, they stopped again. This time I looked at the fuse, and it wasn't bad. When I reinstalled the fuse, the wipers started working again. The wipers stopped again this morning, and then suddenly started working again.

 

Is it possible that this is the wiper motor causing this? Or could it be an issue in the fuse block?

Probably the multi-function switch or the motor.

That'd be her..... The one that can set the cruise, wash the windshield, wipe the windshield, dim the lights, turn the turn signals on, and flash people...... shes a nasty problem at times.. Considering everything it does its the multi-function switch.
