Abs Light Problem

I have an 01 silverado with the 4.8L v8. Lately The ABS light will come on intermittenly. I took it to my mechanic and he says the light never came on while he was driving it, but i still had to pay him the $60 for his time. So now it comes on mainly after i hit a rough spot in the road. I think it might be a relay problem but have no idea what else to look at. any ideas would be greatly appretiated.

If you do a little research around on the forum, you can find many posts about ABS problems and what others have done to fix it. But you can first check all the grounds that are connected to the system which i believe there are many, im not sure if this will be a hub problem but it could get to that but search around first or wait for another reply.

Check for dirt/rust in and around your wheel sensors. Usually its the first issue that causes the ABS light to trip.
