07 Suburban factory Nav/DVD not displaying

Any advise? The nav/DVD display just quit on me today, was "flashing" intermittently and now nothing.. Plays DVD, you can see on the rear display, both XM and radio work.. No video from backup camera and no nav.. Thought maybe the Nav DVD disk maybe a read error?? I have an older one I could swap but I can't get the head unit to open to get the disk out.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
