Im helping a friend fix some wireing issues in an early 80's Chevy with the 4 headlamp setup. Which are suposed to be the low beams, the top or the bottom lamps?

I believe the top is the low beam. 95% sure

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
