Unknown driver

2003 avalanche, I am installing a remote starter, so far I only hooked wires to car, not to module yet. I used a ground to check things like locks, etc. Now the door locks don't work with either the fob or door control, when starting the truck it stalls... I think I used a 12v probe to separate the wires on the passlock. disconnected battery and reconnected, no luck. Suggestions?

found the problem , 2 fuses blown under hood
