NO WIRING on the pressure sensor and purge solenoid

i have a 03 gmc 1500 hd and just noticed while doing a frame swap on it that the harness has no wires 4 the pressure sensor or the purge valve , the only wires in that area goes to the fuel pump( 4 wires one plug) and the harness has never been into and is factory , no codes are pressent ,but ive been told that without those components operating problems will persist....factory screw up???

  Do you have access to BP fuels? Some stations have Silver 91 E-0 priced the same as their 93 E-10. There is a local Marathon with 90 alky free for $6 a gallon but I go down the road to BP for $5-ish. They also have a 100 E-0 but that stuff is $10 a pop.

  passive listening likely misses a lot of useful data for any system probelms (vs bus/communication problems), which are more common. and you would need to poll most everything, because you have no idea what/where the problem happens, and data from just prior to the event is likely more important than what's happening after the event. It would likely be more useful/successful, to be set to look at a specific subsystem, so after some random problem happens, then you attach this device, set to watch/log for that specific problem the next time it happens.
