6 inch Raptor Series Nerf Bars

I just got them in yesterday and should have them installed today. I had the 4" raptor series on my 07 and really like them but these 6" tubes look bad ass. Pictures to follow of course. Anybody else put these on?

Are they the body bolt mount or the rocker panel mount? I've had mine ordered since day after Christmas and they are still back ordered (rocker panel mount). I'm glad to hear you like them! I'm patiently waiting!

I just got the body mount kit. It has 3 mounts and then one extra mount from the center mount to the rocker panel. I can't believe that they have been on back order for that long. I would be barking up somebody's tree right about now. I think I'm going to go pick up stainless hardware tonight before I put them on since they are exposed to a lot of dibris, dirt, moisture, etc. From my previous experience always use anti-seize too just incase you want to take them off.

Good call on the stainless hardware I'm going to do the same. I also thought about spraying the brackets with some of the car parts store bedliner crap just to keep them fresh as well. Thanks for the anti-seize tip as well I'll add that to the list.

And yes, like I said patiently waiting....lol

I put a coat of undercoating on my last set but I didn't have the pactience this time. I got them on though.

It does blow, they couldn't tell me why they were back ordered either. I bought the rocker panel mount bc if one of those captive nuts on the body bolts was going to break, it would for sure happen to me. Just don't want to risk it.
