Front DVD 2007 Tahoe

Friend of mine has a 2007 Hoe LTZ and wants to be able to have the front nav/dvd to work while the hoe is in motion. The rear mounted Dvd works of course but the front one will not operate while its in gear,

is there a way around this.

Get the GMX-550 - it will let him do DVD/navi/factory camera in motion as well as be able to add iPod/iPhone to his factory navi
