Headlight Flicker

When I start my truck in the morning my headlights flicker sometimes, I have the original bulbs still. No hid's. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

as in you turn the key, they come on, you start the truck and they go off for a second? normal.

No after the truck has been running for a minute or so, it flickers every couple of minutes once it running.

Dealer did that yesterday but it didn't help they still flicker.

It doesn't make a difference if they are on or off, still does it.

canadiantowman, our 02 had the same problem . i checked all the bulbs/fuses/wiring just like ruggedlife suggested, but that did not solve my problem either.

Got talking to a buddy that helps me with my Jeep, he suggested that I check all the battery cables to make sure they were clean and tight. I know mine is older, however after cleaning and making sure the cables were tight, the problem has not come back, it has been over 2 months and no flickering yet.

mine has a flicker but only when a a load comes on. But thats about it, it's not a constant flicker that your experiencing

Well I checked the battery connections this morning and grounds, everything is tight.

It voltage surge/drop from something...mine did that too no worries...
