Ya the govenor locks it in. Just checked it out on youtube. I didn't know the locking paw would move out of the way at over 20. Now i'm wondering what was going on with that truck. Is it 20 mph diference side to side? or vehicle speed of over 20 that causes the locking paw to move out of the way?

What does You Tube say? :dunno:

No. The tire width determines the required wheel width. For example, you would not put a 245 width tire on a 9 inch wide wheel.

Will an 18x9 inch wheel with -12 offset fit on a 325/65/18 or a 35x12.5x18?

9 inch wheel is at the lower recommended wheel size. They recommend the 12.5 and the 325 tire width be mounted on 9 to 11 inch wheels. You find this information on just about tire manufactor's web site

As long as both tires on the same axel are the same size you will be fine...Don't know why people think "Z71" matters, it's a suspension option that's all. It means nothing really.

Simmer down Nancy, sheesh. You're the one getting technical know how off You Tube, not me.

20 mph diff/vehicle speed and it will unlock. If the axle/wheel speed difference is 100 rpm difference it will lock anymore than that, it will stay unlocked.
