I did the Seafoam treatment to my truck today, had 2 bottles. One whole bottle in the gas tank. Half & half in the oil & other half in the brake booster line. Waited 25 mins, started it up,& it didn't smoke too bad at all, for like 10 seconds and thats it. So, Im thinking the engine isn't too dirty. Rode around for 20 mins then changed my oil. Oil was pretty dark....guess it cleaned all that crap out,

Do the Trans filter yourself it's to easy, I was afraid of screwing something up to, but I didn't, just take your time. All the info from this forum helped a lot!

Update:

 

Coolant has been changed, Trans Fluid has been changed.

I got the Fluids to change the Transfer Case & the differentials,

Do I need a new gasket for the Transfer case or the differentials?

No gasket on the front diff or t-case, just a drain plug. Rear cover might need a gasket.
