Very weird.. Discrepancy between vehicle build

Using build information from my truck, it lists one of my options as daytime running lights.

 

Now, i know my truck doesn't have them, so why does it list them?  ???

where can you look this information up?  I am assuming its information for a specific individual vehicle rather than a whole batch?

 

Is the DRL an "option" meaning that you were able to select it and they would install it?  Or did you mean that they should be installed right now?
