how do I flush ps fluid on my 07 Silverado classic.

I was hoping to flush the PS fluid without having to use a siphon pump. I heard that I can disconnect some return line from the reservoir and spin the pulley to get all the fluid out. I also want to know how can I cap that disconnected fitting.
