3.73 or 4.11?

I have a 09' 1500 with a 4.8l, 4 speed, and 3.23 gears and would like to upgrade. i like the thought of the 3.73 but should i just go with the 4.11 since i'm going to the trouble? i tow a tractor on a car trailer that combined weight ~7000lb.does pretty well under 50mph and i only tow it about once a month. I've also been looking at smaller tow haulers the past month. what are some other things i can do to increase my towing abilities?

also I've got a 3.5 in lift/level and 32 in tires if that matters. I would also like to keep mileage up if at all possible?

might as well go with the 4.10 since you are going through the trouble, especially since you have the 4spd. If you didnt tow Ide say go 3.73 just to make up for the taller tires, but sinc you tow with it, the 4.10 will give it more grunt. It will decrease your mileage though, but not too bad. Since you are runnin larger tires anyway, it would be advantageous even when unloaded.

Definitely go with the 4.10 gears that will give you some extra pulling power and make life alot easier if you ever decide to go to bigger tires

Yep, 4:10 will make that 4.8 much happier when towing or empty. Your MPG might actually improve. IMO, 3:73 won't make enough difference to justify the cost.
