Caprice police car

I spent about 5 miles behind one trying to figure out what the hell it was. From about 3 cars back it looked like a cross of a Malibu and impala. Then it turned and the driver door said Chevrolet caprice police test car

yea i watched a bunch practicing out in a huge parking lot in lansing last year

first time i have seen one in person. in california they dont change out police vehicles often. i knew they were in production they are testing them here now
