Help with OBDII codes & troubleshoot

My truck is a 2006 Sierra SLT 4x4, automatic, trailer package, Z-71, 1/2-ton, 5.3 liter aluminum block, with 96,000 trouble-free miles on it so far.

 

I started it yesterday and it immediately came up with the "check engine" light. I put my Innova 3120 scanner on it, and it gives me the following codes:

 

P0030 H02S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 1

P0135 02 heater Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 1

The "Emission Status" shows a red LED light

 

 

This would seem to me to be one of the oxygen sensors, but I'm not sure which one. The Chilton manual I have isn't much help. I'm guessing the left side, forward sensor. - ????

 

 

All thoughts, opinions, knowledge, guesses, hints, and Tarot card readings would be greatly appreciated.

use some wd40 or equivalant in case it jams up on ya
