gm t800 factory accessory nav installation

Finally I have gathered all parts needed, as posted. #15800001 nav kit, cdx changer, lux amp & I am also installing denali console at same time. I'm installing this into my 04 sierra that has a bose 6 disc hu.

Was wondering if there is any recent updates on installation, mostly wiring mods?

Can't seem to find any info on where to splice in wiring for mic & a little confused about wiring harness for cd changer. I have cd player harness from a 98 tahoe, will this work & do the 2 extra wires need to be removed?

Any input from someone who has experience with this would be appreciated.
