Oh boy ... here we go again!

Your probably not gonna get much help in the "tech" forum, but I'll help you with this one.

One option is to install a set of aftermarket cats - cut the OEM ones off, and weld in new.

The next option is the one I'd take, because it's the cheapest. Leave the shell of the OEM cat, but hollow them out (you'll probably have to cut the pipe close to them to get in there, then weld it back up). If you live in an area that's militant about emissions, remove the post-cat o2 sensors, & find a spark plug de-fouler in the correct size -- install the defouler in the pipe, & the o2 sensor into the defouler. This will pull the sensor out of the exhaust stream "tricking" it into thinking everything's a-ok.

I've also seen "cheater" sensors out there for a little bit of dough - that's another option.

Keep in mind that if you already have a performance exhaust system, this thing is gonna growl .. so keep your foot out of it near the fellas (that's MA for cops :D) .

If you live in a FREE state, then just throw some tape over the check engine light & enjoy.
