how to remove door mouldings

What is the best way to remove my door mouldings on my silverado?

Get a hair dryer,start at one end and take your time.

You will probably have some adhesive left over when you are done so use the dryer and a credit card to remove the vast majority of it but be careful not to dig into the paint.

If you have left any scratches in the paint or adhesive,go over the areas with cleaner wax and it may also need to be buffed.

Just the thought of the word scratch, stesses me out.

Go to a good auto body store and by some adhesive remover. They also sell some sort of flapper wheel by 3M that is made to remove the leftover sticky stuff with out damaging your paint!!!
