Banks Monster exhaust system?

Has anyone had the banks power exhaust for the 5.3l? just found it and now am interested. i know they really do a great job on diesel but just not sure about the gas.

just from the video on their website it sounds good. I wish they had a video clip of the 5.3 though, i'm always worried the 6.0 or 6.2 will sounds good but the 5.3 wont. I'm a dual out kinda person, so i would go with the dual and change the tips out as i'm not a huge fan of the quad tips that they have on the dual system for GM trucks.

I've got the monster exhaust on my 5.3L and love it! It's got a really deep throaty sound when you get on it but is quiet going down the highway. There is very minimal drone inside the cab and is really only noticeable when it's in 4 cylinder mode. I can take a couple of pictures this weekend and post them if you'd like?

I agree with you brandon not a big fan of the quad tips but I think I willgo with the side exit instead

I've got the side exit too. I ordered directly from Banks and got it for like $415 a year and a half ago. The sales rep said the quad tips are not selling well. The sound is very similar to the 6.2L and 6.0L they have on their website. I have had corsa, borla, flowmaster, and magna flow on my previous vehicles and this is my favorite exhaust so far. It's nice to not always have it being loud and droning. Plus for the price it can't be beat!
