Weird electrical issue

I have a '04 GMC Crew Cab. The issue started out of nowhere. When starting, the turn-over acts and sounds like the battery is very low. Slow turning of the engine, but it always starts. I believe it is purely electrical in nature due to the fact that the radio does not hold the time between starts. The battery checks out fine. I replaced the alternator initially since the battery was OK, but that did nothing for the issue. The kicker is, sometimes, the truck will start with no issue or slow draw as if the problem just disappeared but it only lasts 1 - 2 starts then goes back to the same problem. During those times the radio does hold the time. I am a little lost and am looking for some guidance.

First I would start by cleaning the Battery Terminals. Sand Paper/Steel Brush/and whatever you may have.

take it in ,you've thrown enough parts at it ,,if a shop diags and its not fixed ,its on them not you !!!

 

who tested the battery and how?

Yes how old is your battery? You might be seeing the beginning of a bad cell or just wearing out.

Bad battery or bad electrical connection (including bad grounds).
