Touchscreen Media Centers

I was just wanting to get some everyone's thoughts and opinions on touchscreen DVD / CD / Media Center / Nav units. Really all I am looking for is a simple unit with a touchscreen that has rear USB capabilities, seeing as I haven't used a cd in years. I have been eyeing the JVC KW-AV60 as it seems to be a good fit for what I am looking for. I am looking for opinions on other units people may have experience also. Just trying to get a general discussion going on the subject, thanks.

I love my Pioneer AVH-P4400BH

Yea the Pioneer looks like a nice option. I have been really happy with the pioneer stuff I had in the past. At near $400 it is a little more then I want to spend though, and the JVC KW-AV60 can be had for nearly half the price. Though I am aware that cheaper doesn't always mean better This is especially important when you start adding in other costs like that expensive PAC adapter.
