MAF sensor data

I have a 1996 silverado with an intermittent miss at part throttle. Have replaced since the problem began the following: cap, rotor plugs, ignition module, coil, fuel injectors, fuel pump, tps, intake gasket, and probably several other things.

 

I have a generic scanner. No codes. I have live data but not sure how to interpret it but would like to learn.

 

Can a plugged cat cause this and how would I tell? It act like the miss goes away at full throttle, fine at idle, fine under load. It is worst just cruising at constant speed light throttle.

EGR valve? Does it stumble at take off with light throttle but OK with more throttle?
