Intermittent clicking noise...S-10 Blazer

My supervisor has a problem with a 1998 S-10 Blazer. There is a intermittent clicking noise coming from what sounds like the hazard lights. The hazards do not flash (in the dash or outside) but you can hear the noise. The plug-in flasher has been replaced and nothing has changed. Any ideas? Any other systems to look at?

Does it only seem to happen when he's turning?

Everytime I turn a corner, there's this annoying clicking sound.

My wife says there is a flashing light on the outside of the truck near the corners.......not sure if it's related or not. :crazy:

 

The purpose of this is more of a TTT.
