P0335

So the MIL cam on in my truck yesterday but turned back off 2 drive cycles later. It ran just fine the whole time it was on. When I got home I checked the code and it was P0335 (Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit A). The freeze frame data showed that the code was set while the engine was off. (0 RPM, 0 MPH, Fuel System N/A) It did show fuel pressure of 49.5 psi which I'm assuming was just residual line pressure but it could have been before the pump had fully primed.

I have seen this code set on other vehicles if you just bump the key but don't crank it long enough to kick it over but that's not possible on this truck.

Can someone with ALLDATA give me the conditions that have to be met for this code to set?

Has anyone else seen this on their truck?
