Trans cooler fitting size

I found a larger cooler I want, problem is that it has -6 AN fittings. What size are the cooler fittings going in to the trans and to the radiator? I see a lot of adapters for 1/4" NPT so is the the correct size?

iirc, the trans connector is 3/8" for the stock rad.

 

You might search some of the trans. flushing threads to be sure. I know they list some fitting sizes

I was a hydraulic tech so I know the inch size of -x but I think the radiator and trans is NPT but not sure of that or the size. I know the cooler is -6 and I have connections at the local hydraulic supply so I can get the hose assemblies. I need to put together a pic for you so you can tell me if in theory I have the routing for hoses correct before I order them so the lengths are correct.
