285/70/17 with +6 offset

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with 17 x 8.5 w/+6 offset (5" bs) wheels running 285/70/17 tires with a 2.5" level?? Deciding between 275/70/17 and 285/70/17.... I know the 275's will fit, but not sure about the 285's.. would like to get 285s under it without too much problems..thanks

I had 285s on my 11 with stock wheel backspacing and a 2.25" level with no rubbing and some room to spare. just fyi

I had 285/70/17's on my 2009. It had a 2" front & rear lift and 17x8.5 rims with a +25mm offset. I just barely rubbed the mud flaps when backing out of the driveway. Without mud flaps, they wouldn't have rubbed at all.
