Front Brakes

The original complaint sounds like the front brake issue lots of drivers had (including me). My front end shook with light brake application at speeds above 60, and GM had a service bulletin calling for new rotors. I had the truck back to the dealership I purchased it from (Simmons Rockwell) who are so incompetent I can't describe it here, and then to a local dealership (Ferrario) who claimed to do the correct service. Today, I replaced the front pads - 3 very good pads and one badly worn. I had to drive it out of the clips with a hammer! Then, I couldn't get the new pad in place. The casting was bad, and neither service department identified and fixed the problem! A friend in a local shop says it's common......
