But some of it i did as well. I have some pics of the parts i havent installed yet too, just waitin on the right time to be able to build or buy a built engine. Cant push anymore HP without forged rotating assembly, keyed crank and a few other things. 5 inch straight pipe, what a #$(%*&&$ to fit up in the driveway! lol! AFE Boost tube, quicker spool up. EGT, Boost and rail pressure gauge. rail pressure gauge i swapped for a Aeroforce interceptor im the forklift guy in this pic ahah, we lifted the bed to do PPE draw straw and Air dog lift pump. lift pump. air dog 150GPH to keep steady rail pressure/better filtration deleted stock filter at the same time as well Stereo, he did the stereo. but ive since made a few wiring changes and added focal components cleeeeeaaan nice job he did, sounds amazing you guys know what this ones all about LOL cheapest/best mod out there snow performance water/meth kit (which i dont really use or need) Stock allison burnt up and removed!! in went Stage IV suncoast with 1058 hard locker triple disc. Courtesy of Husker Diesel. the crap ripped off to do Compound Instal, minus fender flare and EGR assembly which we didnt take pics of just threw it in the metal bin LOLOLOL S475 In place, it was like fitting an elephant in a bird cage. extend wiring, relocate second battery and coolant resevior and LOTS of double wrenching and using mirrors LOL we managed not to break one bolt tho. Compound Kit completed
Prokopchuk_9 Posted July 28, 2013 Author Posted July 28, 2013 ATS Pulse Headers and up-pipes. no pics of them installed cant really tell the difference all the paint is burnt off. they reduced EGT's by about 50-60* across the board tho! PPE Dual CP3 kit, which is not installed yet.dont wanna melt a piston, dont need that much fuel until i have enough air. The turbo on the right is sold, going to go a different route. it was a garrett 4094. The turbo on the left is a borg warner S480 with race cover (bigger exhaust housing), im going to buy an s366. This with the dual cp3 and forged rods/pistons it will have enough fuel and air for a comfortable 850 rwhp with 60 over injectors. with 100 overs and depending on the exhaust side of the 366 could hit 4 digit territory. gotta get the ball rolling on this truck again more pics to come! i have a few goodies sittin at home waitin to instal! BT diesel works Torque lock up box and im ordering trac bars soon as well! thanks for check it out!

Although with the 4 bumper lights I have two on a separate switch so I can still have fogs with low beams if I wish. Or have 8 HID's at once

Prokopchuk_9 Posted December 11, 2013 Author Posted December 11, 2013 Few updates, got bad fuel the other day. Ran like garbage through a half tank almost. Water seperator was FULL a few times in the lift pump, screw the pump because it froze. Ordered a new pump, scared I was gonna have to order new injectors too by the way it was knocking...desired vs actual rail pressure checked out fine and injector balance rates were all within 0.5. So I think I'm okay, running fine now after about 3 gallons of Power Service injector cleaner and new lift pump LOL Up on the hoist at our shop The wife unit ordered me one of these for Xmas :-D soooo sick of that stupid good for nothing junk aeroforce interceptor gauge. It's cool but a PITA to figure out, changes settings on its own screw it. I want the edge CTS, I know a place that sells a mount for the tri-pillar also. ill post pics when I get it all mounted :-D
