Is there some trick to get this work? I put in a Vin and or order number.. and nothing comes up? Does it not work good on GMC or something?

I couldn't get it to work either. Would have been neat to be able to track order.

Same here. Keeps telling me I can track the vehicle now but doesn't. Anyone have any tips?

They should say so on web site so we don't waste our time trying to get it to work. Would have been fun to track my trucks progress without bothering anyone.
