I dont want to pay $75 for OEM replacement bump stops but I need new ones, the ones on there now are torn to hell. Has anyone used these.

OK well no one seems to have an opinion, so I went ahead and got em, they are only slightly smaller than what stock probably started at, just as tall but not as wide. They appear to be stiffer than stock. The way my suspension is my lower control arms were not sitting on the bump stops anway so I am hoping that they will last a little longer getting beat up on under there. They did bolt right into place which was good. I use one of those jar lid opeing rubber pads to hold the bumper while I tightened the bolt, pretty easy. will update with performance once I ge tthe truck back on the road.

Before I replaced my bumpstops for my air bags, I never had them go bad. So maybe that's why people were not posting. To clarify, I have towed, hauled a lot of stuff in my truck and can honestly say I have never had my bumpstops close to touching. The closest I have had is when I have two bobcat loads of river rock in the bed, but even with that load I had about 2-3 inches before they touched. So I believe most of us never had our bumpstops go bad. Sorry that was not much help.

My rear ones are rotted off and one on the front is half missing. Interested to hear your review!

Maybe I'm lucky, I put on airbags maybe 3 months ago and my truck was built in FEB 2006. And at that time my bumpstops were in great condition.

I got em on easy enough, and they seem to be doing thier job. I have not really bottomed out yet but dailiy driving is fine over speed bumps and such. Mine dont touch, there is about a half inch of clearance. Some people's trucks sit on the bump stops form the factory.

Overall good review: I would recommend these, only about $12.50 per pair at advance auto. Stock run close to $65 per pair

One of mine fell off by just flicking while the truck was on jack stands, i need new ones as well even though hardly any of the trucks weight was on them. If advanced auto doesn't have them do you know who else may?
