Turns out it's a wire for my amp to turn on with the ignition that was just stuck in with the HVAC fuse, I put the wire in with the ignition everything works as it should now.

And well! Life got really busy really fast and things fell by the wayside! On another note, I spend a lot of time on dieselplace trying to conquer the Duramax like I did the LQ4!
