hmm, someone's got the hook-up, musical trucks...Yes, I too wouldn't mind seeing shots of the rear gate area.

Ain't it great? A month of new GM vehicle to troll around in.  :smash:

Just in a month i've tested $167,000 worth of vehicles.

In total, including the Escalade which is our 11th test vehicle, we've tested close to one-half million dollars of vehicles.  :flag:  :smash:

Here's what GM-Trucks.com and GM-Cars.com have tested: (* denotes reviews that are coming soon to GM-TC and GM-CC)

2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD w/Duramax

2002 Chevrolet Avalanche North Face Edition

2002 Pontiac Grand Prix 40th Anniversary

2002 Cadillac Deville DTS

2002 Chevrolet Venture Warner Bros Edition w/AWD

2003 Silverado 1500 LT w/Quadrasteer

2003 Cadillac CTS *

2003 Saturn L300 *

2003 GMC Envoy XL With the 5.3L V8 *

Well, its here! Very nice vehicle. Soft ride, great seats, and a ton of getup and go.  :smash:

I've always been curious about the mid-gate operation, stowage, and how well it seals when in place, and how easy it is to change.

Come to think of it, I'm not certain it has the midgate like the Avy.  Does it?

Interior pics would be good.  :smash:

Possible to get some info on the drivers info center ?

I heard it is supposed to have the status of close to 20 different vehicle functions

:smash:  :smash:

Possibly some pics and or info on the computer controled suspension and the rear level control :thumb:

I think it has a mid-gate

The Escalade EXT Utility Enhancement System allows the EXT to be converted from 5-passenger seating with a 5'3'' cargo bed to 2-passenger seating with an 8'1" cargo bed by removing the midgate from behind the rear seats and folding the rear seats flat. The cargo area remains secure with the 3-piece rigid cover in place, or the cover and the rear window may be removed for open air use.  :smash:

Yep, that answered my question.  Thanks! :smash:

any dang piece of equipment you can "borrow" from the EXT and mail to me would be great.  I'll reimburse you for shipping as soon as the parts arrive.  Hopefully, you'll be able to "borrow" all the parts and I'll re-assemble it here and have my own EXT! :uhoh:
