Anyone place an order in the past week or two?

I just gave my order number to the customer service person on the gm.ca website and they could not give me the status code but said that my tentative build week is this week. what is the average shipping time you guys experienced?

Mine was shipped on 11/16 and still has not made it to me.

2 to 3 weeks or longer depending on where you are located in relation to the assembly plant. Crew cab come from Sialo (near Mexico City), reg and double cab from Indiana. Going to Canada will be train all the way.

 

Also keep in mind they need to have a full rail car going to that destination because once the rail car is loaded it is not emptied till it reaches the final destination.

I ordered on 11/06 I got an email saying I moved from 1100 to 3100 with no target prod week. Ccsb 4x4 6.2 max trailer. Sun roof.

I ordered mine on October 25. (Denali, sunroof, 6.2, Z71) My dealer keeps saying the build date is being pushed back. I am starting to think that GMC jumped the gun a little early on what trucks they could produce. I have always been a loyal GMC owner but I am getting really frustrated. Has anyone else ordered around this time and experienced anything like this?

Good luck is all I can say. I ordered my Denali in September and am still waiting on it. Every time I check on the status, I seem to get different answers on where it is. The latest I've been told is that it's been at the port in my state for some time and GM is doing quality control checks before they release cars to the dealer. I don't know if that's just the Denali or other models as well.
